The apartment

Listen to the lullaby of the waves while the sun bathes the apartment, filling it with light and the smell of the sea. It is in the center of Sitges, surrounded by pedestrian streets, ideal for romantic walks and to discover the most typical places in this town, enjoy an exquisite vacation next to the beach, in an environment with restaurants and lots of entertainment.

The apartment is located on the seafront in the heart of Sitges. There are pedestrian streets all around which is ideal for romantic walks and to discover the beauty of this town.

It is decorated in Mediterranean style to make our guests feel at home. It has an area of 50m2 spread over a large living room which is the main room of this accommodation, it is equipped with a table, chairs, a TV and a sofa bed which can accommodate two guests.

The living room with its large windows allows the Mediterranean sun to flood in, there is access to the pleasant terrace, arguably one of the biggest attractions of the apartments which is 9m2 with teak furniture to enjoy the excellent views of the beach of the Ribera and watch the comings and goings of the people walking along the Paseo de la Ribera.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for our guests to prepare their favourites dishes.

The bathroom has a large shower. There is air conditioning, heating, free wifi, an iron and washing machine.

The apartment sleeps 3 people, the master bedroom has a double bed and the dining room has a double sofa bed.  From the living room and the bedroom you can watch, listen and savour the aroma of the sea which will awaken the senses, experience the luxury of a holiday in this apartment.

The apartment is located on the Paseo de la Ribera a few meters from the beach and very near the centre of Sitges. The pedestrian streets around the apartment make it ideal for a romantic stroll and to discover this typically Spanish town. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station and there is a taxi stand in front of the apartment or you can request by phone. They can provide a reliable transfer service to the airport.

House Rules

We expect our guests to behave in a respectfully polite manner and be clean and tidy.

• We do not allow parties.
• No smoking inside the apartment only on the terrace.
• No animals

A. Basic rules of coexistence
1.- Respect the rest of the neighbors.
2.- Do not carry out noisy activities, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
3.- No smoking in common areas
4.- Correctly use common elements (elevator, stairs, entrance door). 5.-Do not host or invite more people than those listed in the reservation document. 6.-Be respectful, polite and courteous to neighbors.
7.- Make sure of the floor and floor where you are staying before using the intercom to avoid disturbing the neighbors unnecessarily.

B. Basic rules regarding noise and disturbances to third parties
1.- From 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., music is not allowed nor the entry of people not staying in the tourist accommodation to respect the rest of neighbors and third parties.
2.- Parties are totally prohibited, as well as any uncivil behavior.
3.- It is not permitted to hold meetings in which third parties not staying in the home participate, neither inside the apartment, nor on terraces, balconies or other community elements of the home.
4.- Good use of the common areas or common elements of the building where the tourist home is located is required, as well as civil behavior both in the tourist home and in the building in which it is integrated.
5.- The user is required to remove garbage during their stay to avoid bad odors and dirt in general.

C. Basic safety rules
1.- Lock the door and windows when you leave the house.
2.- Check that you have the key before leaving the house.
3.- Do not open the door to unidentified people or commercial mail.
4.- In case of loss of access keys to the accommodation as well as
documentation that relates it, communicate it as soon as possible to the property.

D. Safety and civility warnings in the city
1.- Have your belongings controlled at all times and especially in crowds such as public transport. Pickpockets take advantage of any carelessness to take what is yours.
2.- Be alert to anyone who approaches you with any strange excuse (cleaning yourself after having stained yourself, selling carnations, offering to play soccer, touching you in a strange way, etc.). These are tactics that criminals take advantage of to steal your belongings.
3. Civility ordinances sanction certain behaviors in public spaces that are prohibited:
- The consumption or purchase of alcoholic beverages on public roads, outside legally authorized places. The purchase of food or drinks on the street does not have any health control.
- The purchase, possession or consumption of narcotic substances. Possession of certain quantities and/or supplying or sharing can lead to a crime against public health.
- Comprehensive nudism as well as going naked from the waist up outside the beaches.

Other highlights

Upon request we can provide all the information you need and want to enjoy your stay in Sitges for family, LGBT, cultural tourism, sports and students and premium tourism. There are several Museums in Sitges and a visitor centre who can assist you with information on travel, tours, art galleries, nightlife, dining and shopping!

The local tourist tax is not included in the price

This fee is charged at 1,00€ per person (over 16 years) per night up to 7 nights and the amount is payable to the person you are renting from.

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
