The apartment
Listen to the lullaby of the waves while the sun bathes the apartment, filling it with light and the smell of the sea. It is in the center of Sitges, surrounded by pedestrian streets, ideal for romantic walks and to discover the most typical places in this town, enjoy an exquisite vacation next to the beach, in an environment with restaurants and lots of entertainment.
The apartment is located on the seafront in the heart of Sitges. There are pedestrian streets all around which is ideal for romantic walks and to discover the beauty of this town.
It is decorated in Mediterranean style to make our guests feel at home. It has an area of 50m2 spread over a large living room which is the main room of this accommodation, it is equipped with a table, chairs, a TV and a sofa bed which can accommodate two guests.
The living room with its large windows allows the Mediterranean sun to flood in, there is access to the pleasant terrace, arguably one of the biggest attractions of the apartments which is 9m2 with teak furniture to enjoy the excellent views of the beach of the Ribera and watch the comings and goings of the people walking along the Paseo de la Ribera.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for our guests to prepare their favourites dishes.
A double bedroom with wardrobe and window which opens on to the pleasant terrace.
The bathroom has a large shower. There is air conditioning, heating, free wifi, an iron and washing machine.
The apartment sleeps 3 people, the master bedroom has a double bed and the dining room has a double sofa bed. From the living room and the bedroom you can watch, listen and savour the aroma of the sea which will awaken the senses, experience the luxury of a holiday in this apartment.

The apartment is located on the Paseo de la Ribera a few meters from the beach and very near the centre of Sitges. The pedestrian streets around the apartment make it ideal for a romantic stroll and to discover this typically Spanish town. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station and there is a taxi stand in front of the apartment or you can request by phone. They can provide a reliable transfer service to the airport.

- Arrival between 22h and 24h has an extra charge of € 40.

We expect our guests to behave in a respectfully polite manner and be clean and tidy.

- No smoking inside the apartment only on the terrace.

Upon request we can provide all the information you need and want to enjoy your stay in Sitges for family, LGBT, cultural tourism, sports and students and premium tourism. There are several Museums in Sitges and a visitor centre who can assist you with information on travel, tours, art galleries, nightlife, dining and shopping!
The local tourist tax is not included in the price
This fee is charged at 1,00€ per person (over 16 years) per night up to 7 nights and the amount is payable to the person you are renting from.

- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
- You'll accept prepayment by: Credit card.
- Cleaning fee €65/Stay not included in the price.
